We popped over to the Spring Fair to have a look at key trends for 2019 and picked out some looks that you can adapt to your own personal style without having to break the bank. In fact many of the key looks for 2019 offer a way of updating an existing look and bringing it up to date.

  1. The New Nordic

The Nordic look is a style that’s been around for many years now and shows no sign of going away. Natural woods and calming neutrals are given a current edge by layering accessories to give depth and adding wicker and rattan to soften the simple lines.

  1. The Dark Kitchen

 Moody, dark colours for kitchen cabinetry, especially with a matt or powdery finish, are making a strong appearance in 2019. Navy blue in particular is at the forefront of this trend and is replacing grey as the go-to-on-trend colour.

  1. Retro

Retro is anything classic from a bygone era and it’s big news this year. If rooting around granny’s house doesn’t turn anything up or if granny doesn’t actually want to part with it, don’t despair!
